I like the Artsy but I don't love it....never have. I bought them because my SA called me about them. (and I am a sucker I guess...) I have two, the regular monogram and the empreinte. I am carrying the regular monogram one today.Its cumbersome on the shoulder. I can see how it can get heavy because you can fit a lot in it. I don't use mine for more than 1-2 days, so I have a chance to pile a lot in there.If you are in the position to get a few bags, then get the Artsy. I am going through the same thing this year w/my collection-Bought too many fussy bags and am sick of Mono every time I see an old worn my heart just sinks for fear that I will be holding one when mine grow old someday-LOL! My Damier Papillon was my first LV. I save her for special occasions because I'm a large bag person as well, but the shape absolutely got me and I've never seen another one in the wild - ever. They're quite roomy, dresses up or down beautifully, and can be kind of worn on the shoulder (though it kinda sticks under your armpit oddly if you use two straps, lol). I love the Pap so much I got another very shortly after my first one, and the Pap is the only one of my duplicate bags I'm not considering selling.
