That's a tough one. I actually sold my Tivoli due to the weight and I avoided the Trevi for that same reason. I just can't carry a bag if I'm constantly aware of the weight or in any type of pain from it--whether on the shoulder or on the arm. I end up just having to put the bag down somewhere. I still think those bags are gorgeous but they're just not for me! I love them from afar. I have no regrets or sadness about the bags because they HURT!!!! And I always go with my gut--I'd sell/exchange if you can and get another bag that makes your heart sing. Plus with the price you pay, it's not exactly a bag you only want to carry once a year (suffer the pain LOL). I guess that's why I don't wear Loubies! Now when I go to the boutique the SA's let me fill the bags with my stuff and carry them for a while/model them in the mirror.
