I live where there aren't a lot of LV's and I am usually with 2 small kids and on a mission when I'm out and about :) I've NEVER had someone stop me to give a compliment on anything. I don't let that determine what I like at all. However if someone told me that my bag looked stupid or made me look fat or something it may bother me, lol. I have never heard of anyone flat out hating the Eva! It's the best! I have the azur and currently wanting the ebene one too for nights out when I need a darker color! :)I have noticed though, that people in line around me to check out or whatever, are more talkative and friendly with me on other subjects when I'm carrying an LV. Meaningless banter, saying hi to my kids or something like that. I've wondered...
